Which data we use
When you book a case, we use your name and phone number, and your address if you have the case delivered or collected. We also keep the messages you send us.
What for
Only to arrange your booking: agreeing on the date, delivering and collecting the case, and staying in touch about your booking. We do this because it is necessary to carry out our agreement with you. We don’t send newsletters or advertising without your consent.
How long we keep it
No longer than needed for your booking. Data we need for our accounts is kept for 7 years, as required by Dutch law.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your data. Bookings go through WhatsApp, so WhatsApp’s privacy policy also applies to those messages. Our website runs on an external hosting provider, which may briefly process technical data such as your IP address to make the site work.
Cookies
This website uses no cookies and no trackers.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Email us at [e-mailadres]. If you’re not happy with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
